i have just had my caravan tyres replaced by your fitter Shaun. what an ambassador for your company he is.Things went from bad to worse when two bolts sheared[due to the previous company that tightened them up too tight] then there was problems with one of the Tyron bands that were fitted. Shaun never complained,just got on with it with a smile,explaining along what he was doing. a great member of your company. few and far between these days.

Dear Mobi-Tyre Team,

I am writing to compliment your team member, Shaun Clark, for the service I received when I needed a new battery and replacement tyre on 02/02/11 (invoice ME0424).

Initially your team were able to fit me in for next day service despite my call being placed in the late afternoon. I was booked in for a 10 o’clock appointment the following day and Shaun arrived on time and started work immediately. Unfortunately the battery supplied was not the right fit but Shaun was able to source the correct one in Ashford and he retrieved and fitted the battery and changed my tyre with no fuss and in good time.

Shaun was polite throughout and explained the entire process in a clear and non-patronising manner. His service was exemplary and I would not hesitate to use your servcies again and to recommend you to friends and family.
